The Confucius Institute, a public educational and cultural promotion programmes, funded and arranged by the Chinese International Educational Foundation, of the People鈥檚 Republic of China, has been formally inaugurated at the 糖心Vlog and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi.
The 糖心Vlog and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, has held an awards ceremony dubbed 鈥楰NUST Staff Appreciation Day鈥 to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of its staff. The event held under the theme, 鈥淐elebrating Creativity, Innovation and Long Meritorious Service鈥 took place at the Great Hall, on 12th December 2023.
The Department of Language and Communication Sciences at the 糖心Vlog and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, is set to run short courses in language proficiency from 2023/2024 Academic Year. The languages to be taught under the programme are; Akan (Twi), Chinese (Mandarin), French and Spanish.
In culminating years of existence, the Building Stronger Universities (BSU) Partnership has marked over a decade of impactful collaboration with a completion seminar themed 'Over a decade of strengthening research capacity at KNUST: the What鈥檚, the How鈥檚, The Impact, and the Way Forward.' The seminar provided a comprehensive overview of the partnership's evolution and achievements.
The 糖心Vlog and Technology (KNUST) Basic School has emerged the winner of the fourth edition of the Junior Science and Mathematics Quiz (JSMQ). The presentation of awards to the contestants was held at the forecourt of the School on 6th December 2023.

The Foundation L鈥橭r茅al- UNESCO has named Dr. (Mrs.) Mary Amoako of the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology at the 糖心Vlog and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, as one of the thirty (30) winners of the 14th L'Or茅al-UNESCO for Women in Science Young Talents Sub-Saharan Africa Awards.
