The Wellness Centre of the ÌÇÐÄVlog and TechnologyÌýhasÌýorganised Health Walk & Aerobics sessionÌýfor staff of theÌýRegistrar’s Offices, Finance Office, and the Main Library to promote fitness and well-being.

The Wellness Committee Chair atÌýtheÌýPrempeh II Library, Mr Emmanuel Baiden underscored the importance of the exercise: "Most of the time, we spend long hours in the office, which adds to stress and increases the risk of illnesses. The Wellness Centre introduced this initiative to help relieve stress and build strength. As the saying goes, ‘A healthy body is a productive body.’ If you don’t prioritise your health, you won’t be able to maximise productivity."
Mrs. Gladys Abla Addai, a Senior Assistant Registrar, shared her motivation for participating in the exercise: "We spend a lot of time sitting, and without exercise, we risk falling ill. That’s why I decided to joinÌýbecause, as the saying goes, ‘Health is life.’"
